Only Jewelry orders are generally delivered in 7 to 12 working days. If ordering dress also, delivery time will be 12 to 16 working days. For Jewelry and Dresses combine orders, delivery time will be 12 to 15 working days.

We deliver goods by DHL and FedEx and DPD. Please Note – for the USA, UK, Spain, Italy, Sweden, France, Germany, African countries, and all over the world, the delivery time would also depend on the time taken by Customs to clear the goods.

We deliver our products everywhere in the world. Your parcel will be delivered by DHL/ FEDEX/ DPD. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide a full street address with pin code/zip code if available. Also, please note that residential shipments to the USA & some other countries will be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell.

There are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.

It will be Buyer’s responsibility to pay customs duty, clearance fees, or any other charges (if any) is applied in their country. We will not be held responsible for any such taxes/ charges, but we may help you to get the proper solution in the easiest way. However, taxes need to be paid by the importer.

We can try to make the change in the order/ address but its not a guaranteed service. We cannot assure you that change made after placing the order will be done. Also, DPD charged 30 euro for making the change in the address which needs to be paid by the receiver.
